Hello a quick tip for this weeks Tuesday tips. So the clocks moved forward last weekend.
It can feel like your losing an hour of your day. I do feel each day is a race just getting everything done from family / house things to work things. I am just on the go from 5.30 am (Swedish school and work starts early) till bedtime. So I just wanted to share an experiment which I have been trying for the past few weeks. This has made a huge impact on my time management and wellbeing.
So what is the key to reclaiming extra time to my day. I switched off my phone at 10 pm at night and I bought an alarm clock. No more phone in the bedroom. No late night scrolling no morning scrolling answering emails and generally getting lost in the vortex of the internet.
I realised the first few days that I had a phone problem and itching to use my phone. Now I have swapped those morning hours with reading books and talking with my family. In the evening I go to sleep earlier feeling full of energy in the mornings. It's a no brainer tip this one. There are lots of articles floating around about the benefits of reducing your smart phone use. It really doses work and benefits all aspects of your life.
