“ Berries in the forest“ - The Golden Thread Week 49

Here is a little break from Christmas content..

This is week 49 of the Golden Thread challenge.

A year-long drawing challenge I have been participating in called the "Golden Thread," organised by @Jehane Ltd.

This is the last theme of the year: "A Forager's Tale" and this week's prompt " Berries in the forest”

I decided to make a story with each illustration as a thread woven into the weekly prompts.

Let’s continue with this week's story.

Owl felt so much better after some rest and care from his friends and Mouse.

Mouse walked in and said, "Owl, you look back to your old self. I have a surprise for you all — you need to come outside." So the four curious animals walked outside.

Mouse said, "I think you have all been travelling for a few days. Let's enjoy this feast of berries with my friends and you can tell us all about your adventures so far."

As they walked outside they were greeted by a feast of berries and other woodland creatures eager to hear about their travelling tales. They all sat down to eat.

Where will the three friends go next on this adventure?

What will it be? No one knows until next week's Golden Thread.
