"Dried Blooms" - The Golden Thread- Week 43

This is week 43 of the Golden Thread challenge.

A year-long drawing challenge I have been participating in called the "Golden Thread," organised by Jehane Ltd.

This is the last theme of the year: "A Forager's Tale" and this week's prompt "Dried flowers"

I decided to make a story with each illustration as a thread woven into the weekly prompts.

Here is this week's story.

As the sun lifted high into the sky and the winds started to drop, the three friends gently landed in a field of dried flowers. The flowers still kept their summer beauty, but the colours had faded into an autumn hue.

The three friends played, danced, and laughed in the fields of beautiful dried flowers.

But what is next for their adventure?

What will it be? No one knows until next week's Golden Thread.
